Brief: Diwali season was 3 months away. The client wanted to introduce a a loyalty programme by introducing a Gold C for its regular members. But before that he wanted to run a teaser campaign for 3 months to communicate that soon you ll get a gold coin if you purchase worth a certain amount and a gold card on Diwali will be mailed to you which will offer a whole of freebees etc.
We worked the campaign and the client loved it. but the marketing team wasn't ready and there were lots of problems trying to initiate this type of an offer and card. And hence the campaign never saw the light of the day. It was a complete let down.
